Welcome to this website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), which is owned and operated by Sportsdelta Limited ("Sportsdelta", "we", "us", "our").

 

Sportsdelta maintains the Site as a service to its various team, club and sports organisation clients (the "Service") along with the visiting public, subject to the following Terms and Conditions concerning the use of the Site.

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to, and use of, the Site and the Service. We may terminate, change, suspend or discontinue the Service, including the availability of any elements of the Site, at any time without prior notice to you.

You must be eighteen years of age to use the Site. Persons under eighteen years of age should only use this site with the approval of, and under the supervision of, a parent or guardian. If you do not qualify, please do not use the Site.

You agree that e-mail and text messages can be sent from time to time to your email address and mobile phone as the means of communication for services offered on this site.

The Site and the Service are provided on a "as is" or "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, as to the operations of the Site, the information, content, materials, or products included or offered for sale on the Site. Sportsdelta does not accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors and omissions and reserves the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed products and services without any notification other than as posted on the Site. Sportsdelta will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them.

All account information requested by us, must be completed fully and accurately by you. It is the responsibility of parents and guardians to determine whether access to and use of the Site and the Service are appropriate for children for whom they are responsible.

 

To open an account and access and use the Service, you (or your parent or guardian) must provide true and accurate information as captured by our online registration form. You agree that you shall update such information to keep it accurate. You (or your parent or guardian) shall provide a valid email address belonging to you and choose a password. You are entirely responsible for the privacy and confidentiality of your email address and password used to access the Site and the Service.

 

All Site activities that can be traced to your email address and password are deemed as having been performed by you. We do not assume any liability for content of messages sent by your respective team, club or sporting organisation and/or other third party.

 

You are fully responsible for any charges and liabilities incurred through the use of the Site and the Service.

 

We may permanently or temporarily disable access to the Site and the Service if we receive notice of unauthorized use of personal, team or club accounts or if usage of any account exceeds normal usage patterns within a short time period.

 

You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account and/or the Site and/or the Service at the email address below or otherwise in writing to our registered office.

 

Use

You may not use the Site and the Service for any purpose that is in contravention of any applicable local, state, national and international law or regulation or for any purpose that is prohibited by these terms and conditions. 

You may not use the Site and the Service in any manner which could damage, disable or impair the service provided on the Site or interfere with any other parties use and/or enjoyment of those sites/services. The Site may contain e-mail services, bulletin board services, phone numbers, calendars, photo albums, file cabinets and/or other message or communication facilities, designed to enable the user to communicate with others. We are not obliged to monitor such services, save as directed to do so by law.

When using the Site you agree not to:

a)     transmit "junk mail", "spam", "chain letter" or any other like transmissions;

Sportsdelta Limited ("Sportsdelta") has created this privacy statement to demonstrate its firm commitment to privacy. The following is a full description of our information gathering and dissemination practices for www.sportsdelta.com (the 'Site').

To access the Site, you have consented that your Team and/or your Club collect and process your personal information so that it may be input into the Site to allow your Coach, your Team, your Club and your sport's Governing Body to communicate with you as a player and/or coach and as a club member and to further track your long term performance and sporting development.

In addition to using the statistics to track individuals' and teams' ongoing performance and progress, your Club and your sport's Governing Body may use Sportsdelta to collect membership subscriptions and will therefore collect and process certain financial information.

When you submit personal information to Sportsdelta through the Site, you agree that your information may be stored and controlled and/or processed by your Coach, your Team, your Club, your sport's Governing Body and Sportsdelta.

How Your Information Is Used

Your Team and Your Club use the Site to collect, access, control and process your personal contact information to allow better communication with you and to assist with efficient team and club management.

Your Club and your Sports Governing Body use the Site to collect, access, control and process you and your Team's performance statistical information which allows them to track individuals' and teams' ongoing performance and progress and produce other useful reports. [To be further completed]

We collect and use your information in order to give you better service, to provide you with information on Sportsdelta and its events and to make our Site more useful to you. From time to time we may send some marketing messages to you. If you prefer not to receive such messages from us ensure that you do not tick the "opt in" box which appears where you are submitting your personal data. If you wish, at any time, to be removed from our newsletter list, please send an email with "unsubscribe" in the Subject line to privacy@sportsdelta.com. Please understand that where you have opted out of receiving further communications, it may take us a few days to process your request.
